Chef Allen started his interest in the Culinary field working for his uncle’s catering company at the age of 15. Shadowing him, he became a young inspired teen. Over the next four years, that interest turned into a passionate addiction to the art of food.
He took his love of food to the next level and got a culinary arts degree at the Remington Institute of Dallas. He never looked back.
Over the years he worked in a number of high-end restaurants and country clubs sharpening my skills, in fine dining, banquet, garde manger, and a variety of global cuisines.
With hard work and endless hours of dedication, He made Executive Chef at the age of 26. Chef Allen had creative control over a full fusion based menu that he developed and executed for a diverse clientele.

Today, he stands Chef & Owner of a gourmet catering company,

Culinary Cuisines.

Why Fitness?….

Being in the customer service industry I wanted to be the best asset for my clientele. This inspired me to truly take my health to the next level. I engulfed myself in researching human anatomy and physical fitness. I furthered my education and got fully certified as a Personal Trainer. My love of food helped me to realize how vital it was to bring whole foods to the forefront. Combining these whole foods with a good work out regiment, helped me to maximize efforts and get the results I desired.
